Great question. We are able to charge a lesser placement fee (8% vs 25% of annual salary) because we bill for the time worked to source and qualify the candidate per hour. This is a win-win for us and our customers. We receive guaranteed income and our clients only pay a placement fee if a candidate starts work. This encourages a longer-term relationship!

You'll be billed for hourly work performed on a monthly basis. You will be billed the 8% annual salary placement fee only once the candidate starts work. You'll pay the hourly invoice regardless if you hire one of our candidates or one you personally sourced. You'll only pay the 8% fee if it is a candidate that we sourced for you.

We bill in 5-minute increments in a transparent timetable. So this could include small tasks such as responding to emails & slacks or bigger tasks like interviews, meetings, hiring plans etc. 

In our pricing model, everyone wins. For you, the business owner, you'll pay less in fees for recruiting services. Because you'll pay less, you can afford to hire more employees (if you choose to do so). The candidate will also get a better hiring experience from having a dedicated recruiter working on your company's behalf.

And Embedded Recruiting will benefit because we are mitigating our risk by getting to invoice regardless if you hire our candidate. In the 25% fee model, the recruiter doesn't get paid at all unless they source and close the candidate. In our 8% model, we will get the invoice regardless, but maybe not the 8%. So this allows us to reduce risk on our end as well. We all win!
